Return of Raffa's Waterfront Grill after Harvey

KINGWOOD, Texas (FOX 26) – Tony Raffa lost his Kingwood establishment, Raffa’s Waterfront Grill, on August 28, 2017, as a result of flooding from Hurricane Harvey.
After fourteen months of rebuilding, Raffa’s Waterfront Grill reopened on Oct. 17, 2018.
Chef Martin Reczek demonstrates to FOX 26 News segment contributor and food talk radio show host Cleverley Stone how to prepare the Raffa’s Waterfront Grill signature Pasta Carbonara with pappardelle, pancetta, bacon jam, sous vide egg and shaved parmesan.
Raffa also describes the journey to the triumphant return of his restaurant.
